听力，每天坚持听2个小时，最好早上半小时，晚上一个半小时。

晚上主要是做题。先是听选择题，对话、短文，对完答案很重要，看听力原文，把原文里生词查了，音标记旁边，再不看原文听几遍，直到听到前句能反应出下一句讲什么，这段文就算过了。复合式听写比较麻烦，前面几个单词一般不难，一般情况写出四个应该没问题。后面的句子分三次写全，每次写三分之一，记得时候用缩写，三遍听完再补全。如果实在觉得难，就放弃句子，抓单词；要是单词也觉得困难，那就抓前面的选择题。

早上就比较辛苦要起早半个小时，读头天晚上做的听力题的原文，主要读对话和短文，听写就不用读了。不是自己读，而是不看原文跟着录音读，尽量与录音的速度一样。这个感觉难，其实不难，因为头天晚上已经查完生词了，只是自己反应不了那么快。第一遍可以看着原文跟着录音读，但一定要试着慢慢不看原文跟录音读，这样反应才能慢慢快。过了第一周你就会觉得能够跟上了。（听力一定要下功夫，听力占得分值很大，相比较之下听力比较好提高。）

快速阅读--先看题干圈关键词，再回原文找线索，再作答。练习时要算时间，不能超时。

不知道现在选词填空还是完型考得多了，我那时是完型，完型我觉得比较难，那会也错好多，这个没什么好方法，单词、语法它都考查了。每天练两篇，对答案看明白为什么错。提高可能不会太大。

写作得高分不易，但及格分很容易，而且稍稍努力就会有较高的分数，因此写作业应该好好练习，如果自己找不出句子里的语法错误，就让同学帮忙看看。一定要力求没有拼写和语法错误。

听力、阅读、完型那些选择题要天天练习，作文可以晚一些开始。真题一般十套，选一套先做，看自己究竟什么水平差多少分通过，其他的都留在考前一个月做，每周做2套，离考试最近那两套要认真做，当模考。做真题一定要计时，每部分都要按时完成。

不建议做模拟题，因为模拟题通常比真题难而且与真题的出题思路不见得吻合。

一、主题

主题(Subject)框的内容应简明地概括信的内容，短的可以是一个单词，如greetings;长的可以是一个名词性 短语 ，也可以是完整句，但长度一般不超过35个字母。
